Under general supervision, provides Web, database, and technical support to Haenicke Institute for Global Education.  Reports to Executive Director of International Programs.

Major Duties
●   Maintains departmental Web site.
●   Develops and maintains Banner interface with departmental systems and mandated federal systems.
●   Designs, develops, and runs programs to query data. Maintains database integrity.
●   Provides reports and electronic data files. Manipulates, verifies, and analyzes data.
●   Provides hardware and software support.
●   Maintains and monitors software licenses, upgrades, and related documentation.

Minimum Qualifications
●   Associate’s degree in a relevant field.
●   Knowledge of Web authoring and database programming languages, such as HTML, JavaScript, PHP,
     PostgreSQL.    
●   Experience in Web production and database development and queries.  
●   Excellent organizational and communication skills.
●   Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident.

Desired Qualifications
●   Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
●   Experience in Web site production and other online systems with international or academic content.
●   Working knowledge of University and international education communication and information networks.
