General Summary

Advise students regarding study abroad issues (administrative, academic, and personal). Process necessary information for credit evaluation and assure students’ grades are accurately recorded.  Ensures integrity of PSP online application system and all enrollment records.

Major Duties

    •     Responsible for for PSP student advising--large percentage of
          non-WMU students.
    •     Assists students in complying with registration and academic
          credit transfer requirements.
    •     Assists in-country staff in Prague with student concerns and
          office coverage.
    •     Responsible for national advertising campaign.
    •     Responsible for PSP website content.
    •     Assists budget analyst in developing PSP budgets and
          projections.

Minimum Qualifications
    •     Bachelor's degree.
    •     Established interpersonal and organization skills.
    •     Establish cross-cultural sensitivity and adaptation skills.
    •     International work or study experience.
    •     Availability for occasional assigned international travel and
          weekend events.

Desired Qualifications
    •     Master’s degree in related field.
    •     Foreign language skills.
