Dr. Olivia Gabor-Peirce received her Ph.D. from the University of Michigan. She joined WMU's Department of Foreign Languages in 2002 and is currently an assistant professor of German and faculty director for WMU study abroad students participating in German language programs overseas. Her book, entitled, The Stage as ‘Der Spielraum Gottes,’ deals with theoretical aspects of 20th Century German theater.
