Travel arrangements and airport pick-up We recommend that new students arrive one to two days prior to orientation to rest and adjust to the time change. Be advised that the International Admissions and Services office is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Please plan to fly directly to the Kalamazoo Airport (AZO). Even though Chicago and Detroit appear to be nearby, both are at least three hours away by car. Airport transportation will be available for you upon your arrival. Please locate the Leisure Limousine sign in front of the airport transportation service counter. The limo service will take you to your temporary or permanent housing location free of charge.
