Information Technology at WMU 

Student, faculty and staff at WMU have their information technology needs met and serviced by WMU's Office of Information Technology (OIT). OIT offers innovative and effective technical skills that help enhance the quality of computing services, including cable and telephone support, computer account administration, email options, internet connection, and other online support, while being the central administrative office for the many computer labs.

The computer labs offer Windows PCs, G5 Macintoshes, iMacs, SunRay Thin Clients, wired and wireless laptop stations, laser printers and infra red ports. Secialized labs also offer additional equipment to cater to the technological needs of certain majors and fields. Most of the labs are open Monday to Friday and the Bernhard Computer Center is open 24/7 during the Fall and Spring semesters.
