Chinese economist to speak on human

Dr. Shuming Zhao of the School of Business at Nanjing University in China will give a lecture, "Human Resource Management in China Under the Transition Economy," 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 17 in 1120 Schneider Hall. The talk is open to the public free of charge. Event flier.
Zhao is professor and honorary dean of the School of Business at Nanjing University in the
People’s Republic of China. An internationally-known scholar in human resource management and multinational business management, Zhao has published more than 20 books and 300 academic papers and articles. He is an independent director of the board for three listed companies, including MFC Industrial Ltd. (NYSE-listed) and Philippe Metropolitan Bank in China, and is a management consultant for several Chinese and international firms.
