“Herbivore Men”: Changing Modes of Masculinity Among Japanese Youth

Dr. Masahiro Morioka, a professor of philosophy and ethics at Osaka Prefecture University gave a special talk “Japan, Land of Herbivore Men? Changing Models of Masculinity Among Japanese Youth” in Brown Hall on September 26, 2012. A large crowd of 140 students and faculty members attended to listen to one of the most influential thinkers in Japanese philosophy and sociology.
