| The consortium scholarships ($1,700 for the semester, $1,900 for the summer and $200 for May programs) are automatically awarded to Public Michigan university students and the Japan Business Society of Detroit (JBSD) awards four $1,500 semester scholarships and two $3,000 academic year scholarships to public Michigan university students each year. |
