Introduction

Hi, and welcome to Western Michigan University! I’ve been teaching here at CELCIS for four years. Previous to this, I was the Business English coordinator at the English Language Program at the University of California at Santa Barbara. I obtained business experience at the Kellogg Company where I worked in sales in the Houston, Texas area.

In addition to my B.A. in education from Michigan State University, I have a master's degree in Linguistics from Cornell. For several years I worked in the Summer English Program at Harvard, where I helped prepare international students for MBA programs. I am happy to be back in Michigan, and I love teaching in the CELCIS program!
