Admission Materials

Applying to CELCIS is easy! To apply to CELCIS, please submit the following items to International Admissions and Services:

• A completed application form (PDF)
  • If you are already in the United States at another school, you must submit a completed Transfer-In Form (PDF)
• Provide proof that you will have a minimum of $10,000 per semester (4 months) from your sponsor - IN U.S. DOLLARS
• A copy of your passport identification page
• A copy of your high school or university transcripts - IN ENGLISH
• Provide a non-refundable application fee of $100 (U.S.) Western Michigan University accepts MasterCard and Discover cards. Checks should be made out to CELCIS – WMU.
