Deforestation in Brazil topic of Friday lecture

J. Christopher Brown, associate professor of geography at the University of Kansas, will present a lecture titled "Responding to Deforestation: Productive Conservation, the World Bank, and Beekeeping in Fondonia, Brazil at 10 a.m. Friday, April 10 in Friedmann Hall Library Room (3rd floor). The lecture is sponsored by WMU's Graduate College, the Haenicke Institute, and the Political Science, Economics, Geography and Anthropology Departments.
