• Coordinates processing of immigration and admission documents.


• Assists in daily operation of SEVIS system and prepares reports in compliance with federal law, interfaces SEVIS and WMU student information system, and refers complex problems.


• Prepares and issues federal immigration forms I-20 and DS-2019 and updates federal database with SEVIS data.


• Processes admission decisions into the Banner system. Prepares and mails admission packets.


• Manages the international express courier system for admission and immigration.


• Coordinates the credit evaluation process and maintains the appropriate tables in banner.


• Responds to admissions correspondence.


• Liaison between Haenicke Institute and Sindecuse Health Center for international student's medical insurance exemption management.
