      Greetings!! As one of the ESL instructors at CELCIS, I hope I will have an opportunity to assist you in your ESL academic preparation to pursue your major at WMU. I came to teach at WMU in December 2007 after my previous appointment as an ESL instructor and coordinator at Ferris State University, Michigan from 1992-2005. My academic background is in the area of liberal arts and includes an M.A. in English Language Education from the University of Silesia in Poland. In addition, I have completed professionally relevant coursework at Central Michigan University, University of Maine, and Ferris State University. I have always enjoyed teaching ESL to international students. In my free time I like to enjoy my hobbies: ice-skating, gardening, and reading. I hope you will join our program here at CELCIS, and we will have a good time working together.
