Dean's Scholarship offers awards for summer overseas programs

The Haenicke Institute for Global Education offers need-based scholarships worth up to $1,500 for 19 faculty-led study abroad programs planned for the 2009 summer I and summer II semesters (two in spring) taught by WMU faculty. The institute's 2009 program catalog includes short-term (2 to 8 weeks) opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students majoring in a broad range of disciplines, with or without foreign language experience, to destinations in more than 20 countries.
