Friday's Winter Splendor reception
postponed till January 16

Due to a winter storm warning for Kalamazoo, the Haenicke Institute for Global Education has postponed the “Winter Splendor” reception planned for 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today. The reception has been rescheduled for 4 to 6 p.m. January 16 in the main lobby of the Richmond Center for Visual Arts. The center’s galleries will be open for viewing during the reception, including an exhibit in the Monroe-Brown gallery featuring the work of Irish artist John Carson. Exhibitions in the other two galleries will feature works in printmaking and ceramics.

This is a special opportunity for WMU faculty and staff to welcome new international students, and refreshments will be served. An RSVP would be most appreciated to Heather Boyle at (269) 387-3965, or via e-mail: heather.a.boyle@wmich.edu
